Customer Satisfaction Specialist
Katie Hightower has worked in the IT industry since 2007, gaining extensive knowledge in customer support and process engineering. She received an athletic scholarship to attend Oklahoma City University and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in English Studies in 2017. The insight into the worlds of technology and communication have allowed Katie to focus on tailoring the very best customer support experience possible, which she enthusiastically brings to Method Learning’s Customer Satisfaction team. In her spare time she can be caught composing and recording music, chasing around five occasionally obedient dogs, or working on the follow-up to her successful debut novel.
