Chad Barth serves as Director of Engineering, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in software development and technical leadership. Since earning his Computer Science degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2008, he has designed, built, and scaled web applications while leading engineering teams and technology initiatives.

His background includes software architecture, web development, cloud infrastructure, database systems, and user experience design. He enjoys building technology that simplifies complex problems and creates better experiences for users.

Outside the office, Chad is a husband, father of two, and active youth sports coach who enjoys helping young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
