ZERO-TEACHER-PREP school-wide guidance curriculum that teaches students self-awareness, self-management, decision making, and relationship skills.

Available for middle and high schools.

Our SEL courses are provided in partnership with Jeff Becker, the founder and owner of In Control SEL for middle schools and Can Do U for high schools.

Jeff is an award-winning high school counselor with a Master’s in Secondary Counseling and a second degree in communications. He is dedicated to improving the social and emotional development of middle and high schoolers and equipping educators with comprehensive SEL resources for their students.

No. We believe that it’s more important to provide counselors, schools, and students with fresh, up-to-date content- by updating our curriculum so often, we are unable to conduct research on it that would be useful. The curriculum would be updated before we’d receive the findings.

Yes. The Founder is a Professor of Social and Emotional Learning and is a certified Elementary and Secondary School Counselor- so research is at the forefront of each curriculum.

We can do our best to connect you with a school in your state, but schools are busy, as you know. But to answer your question, yes, our curriculum is used in all 50 US states and multiple countries around the world.

No. We do our best to keep things simple for teachers to deliver. All of the direct instruction is done by the young, energetic “host” in the video. The teacher simply has to facilitate a lighthearted conversation based on the discussion or reflection guide on the end-screen
