Kevin Paul grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in French and Political Science. He later earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
Kevin has worked in university admissions and college admissions counseling since 2009 at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He lived in Hong Kong for more than a decade, advising local and international students applying to undergraduate, MBA, law, and other graduate programs.
As a former admissions officer, Kevin has recruited and reviewed applications from students worldwide, giving him a unique perspective on how colleges evaluate applicants and make admissions decisions. His experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the University of Chicago Booth Executive MBA program.
Students Kevin has advised have earned admission to institutions including Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown, Cornell, Duke, Stanford, Georgetown, the University of Michigan, NYU, the University of Chicago, Northwestern, Swarthmore, Amherst, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and other highly selective universities.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, reading, mastering the New York Times games section, and spending time with his partner and two dogs.
