With over 16 years of experience in higher education, Natacha is dedicated to guiding students and families through the financial aid process. She believes finances should never stand in the way of opportunity and is dedicated to ensuring the process is clear, accessible, and supportive. Over the course of her career at Harvard Business School, she held several roles on the financial aid team — most recently as Associate Director — where she supported a diverse population of domestic and international students throughout their academic journey. Prior to that, she worked in the private student loan sector, partnering with students, families, and schools to help them navigate funding options. Natacha is committed to helping every student and their family build a strong foundation of financial wellness that supports their goals in school and beyond.
